Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the videos, writing, images and other material on this site belong to The Tom West Show and are protected by copyright. You may link to it and share it normally, but you may not reproduce it commercially without permission. Ask us — we're reasonable.
The newsletter
If you subscribe to "Letters from Tom", you'll receive occasional emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. How we handle your email address is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Comments and contributions
If commenting or contact features are available, anything you post must be your own and must not be unlawful, abusive, hateful, misleading or spam. We may edit or remove contributions, and may block users who break these rules, at our discretion. You keep ownership of what you write, but by posting it you give us permission to display it on the site.
Donations
Any donation (for example via "Buy Me a Coffee") is a voluntary gift to support the work. It is not a purchase, it does not buy goods or services, and it is non-refundable except where required by law. Payments are handled by the donation provider, not by us directly.
Links to other sites
This site links to, and our content is published on, a range of external services — including video and social platforms (such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky and Mastodon), our newsletter provider, and the donation platform. We're not responsible for the content or practices of those sites — once you follow a link or interact with our content there, that platform's terms and privacy policies apply.
